Disposition

Charges filed against Natalie Bloos, 23, of 311 Waterlily Road, Coinjock, have been dismissed. Bloos was issued a criminal summons June 29 and charged with passing a worthless check. The charge was dismissed July 16, according to the Currituck County Clerk of Court's Office.

James Beverly Wright, 61, of 4024 Caratoke Highway, Barco, was arrested July 1 and charged with second-degree trespassing. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

James Angus Rogers, 43, of 124 S. Keller Lane, Grandy, was arrested July 1 and charged with assault on a child under the age of 12. A $2,500 secured bond was set.

Brad Troy Brewer, 23, of 452 Lynn Shore Drive, Virginia Beach, Va., was arrested July 1 and charged with injury to real property and second degree trespassing. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

Lauren Kimberly Simbra, 19, of 6103 Caratoke Highway, Poplar Branch, was arrested July 1 and charged with violation of a protective order.

Chad Thomas Neal, 26, of 33710 264 East, Englehard, was arrested July 2 and charged with felonious possession of cocaine, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Bobby Rydell Miller, 43, of 225 Baxter Lane, Moyock, was arrested July 2 and charged with assault on a female. He was confined at Currituck County Detention Center.

Valerie Cushing Willis, 43, of 114 Azalea Lane, Powells Point, was arrested July 3 and charged with simple possession of a controlled substance. A $500 secured bond was set.

Earl Lanier McIndoe, 52, of 107 Sheperds Way, Knotts Island, was arrested July 3 and charged with assault on a female. He was confined at the CCDC.

Alvina Marie Etheridge, 32, of 223 Snowden Road, Moyock, was arrested July 3 and charged with failure to appear in court as ordered. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

James Wesley Denson, 16, of 123 Rattle Ridge Lane, Currituck, was arrested July 4 and charged with felony breaking and entering and felony larceny of a firearm. A $75,000 secured bond was set.

Herbert Delano Simmons, 46, of 370 Round Hill Drive, Stuartsdraft, Va., was arrested July 4 and charged with driving while impaired, and resisting an officer. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Steven Keith Lewis, 22, of 1504 Emerald Lake Circle, #103, Elizabeth city, was arrested July 4 and charged with driving while impaired and reckless driving. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Robert Leroy Armstrong, 55, of 7316 Caratoke Highway, Jarvisburg, was arrested July 5 and charged with making a harassing phone call. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
