Pasquotank County will charge Elizabeth City and Perquimans County more for bulk water, despite both customers arguing they shouldn’t bear the high operational costs of the county’s reverse-osmosis water plant.

Hey, Olson!

The shoe is on the other foot now, isn't it? City of Elizabeth City electrical customers outside of the city shouldn't have to pay for water and sewer department upkeep either, but the profits from electricity sales are being dumped into these funds to keep them running! As far as I'm concerned, turnabout is fair play, and you reap what you sow. Deal with it!!!!
