former ECMS
I agree with the other comments. The building (the former ECMS) should be torn down. It was considered UNFIT to be a school, so it's NOT SALVAGEABLE to be used for anything else-- KNOCK IT DOWN, DEMOLISH IT, LEAVE IT A PILE OF BRICKS Good riddance to a condemned building.
ECMS
Knock it down. God knows what that slum costs the taxpayer to keep going. Freespeaker's right, that should have happened with all the demo/construction on Elizabeth St.
How about....
....Wasteful Money Pit. It should have been scheduled for demolition in parallel with the Elizabeth Street project now going on.
How about "eyesore"
How about "eyesore", the place looks horrible! It needs a clear mission or tear it down. It is in the center of town where a major traffic flow goes through.
