I'd rather them not...
I've driven roads that still allow for twins and even the smaller version done as triplets. The high winds that often visit our area are an obstacle that can play with a single trailer, this would be made worse on the twin being pulled behind. I don't like this idea but I'm glad the VDOT is doing their research before hand and allowing for the public to weigh in.
