I hope this incident doesn't hurt the Villa's business. They handled the situation well. It does make me rethink my stand on concealed gun carry however. Maybe I will take the course.

As usual you prefer argument to discourse. Most folks pack a gun for personal protection. Hence, I would protect myself.

You can not get involved. Even if this person had a weapon but did not point it at you, then you have no legal standing to use your weapon. To display a weapon in hopes of diffusing a situation is illegal and reckless. To have pulled a weapon and used it in the reported situation would have made you a criminal!
