ECSU will not ID who made $6K in calls

Elizabeth City State University has declined to release the name of the ECSU employee who made $6,000 in personal international calls from university lines.

Theft by employee?

Business as usual at ECSU. Theft of government funds by an employee is not considered. Let a fast food employee in town get caught sneaking a free hamburger and their name would be all over the front page of the TDA.
