Perry and others just don't get it

They want to place a black in responsible positions JUST BECAUSE they're black. That era is over with my friends. Harping and bullying doesn't work anymore. Blacks have their equality. They ARE NOT a minority anymore. Let them get their jobs on their own merit by being qualified and responsible.

PS- Mexicans and Latinos are the minorities now, but I don't hear the NAACP harping about their non-representation in positions of responsibility and leadership. Aren't they a part of the CP? Oh, that's right. They don't mind working for what they get and achieving on their own.
