Hanna prompts cancellations, closings

The Downtown Waterfront Market held each Saturday at Elizabeth City’s Mariners’ Wharf Park has been canceled Saturday because of Tropical Storm Hanna. Also canceled because of the storm is Camden’s Community Safety Day, originally scheduled to be held Saturday at the South Mills Ruritan Club.
