Lisa Ochoa and Bob Moodispaw plan to open a combination restaurant and grocery store downtown because they want to provide residents and boaters a place, within walking distance, to go eat and purchase food and supplies.

This is great news! I hope this is a harbinger of good things to come to Water Street as the mess associated with the bridge rehab is cleaned up. I wish them all the good luck in the world.
