Let it happen
It is past time for a balanced budget. I pay 39% Federal Taxes and 6.97% State taxes. That is $45.97 out of every $100.00 I make. The government spends almost double what they take in. When will it end???????
Money management...
isn't difficult but it seems to be a foreign concept that our government cannot understand. It must be easier to spend it when it's not "your" money. And of course they get to sleep at night because with or without a budget ....they still get paid (or should I say over paid)? They are spending so much time squabbling over the gun bills, how to handle illegal immigrants and other lower issues - maybe they hope that the budget will wake up and balance itself? In the face of the millions and billions they waste on pet projects, welfare programs and wasted foreign aid to coutries who hate us.... how can they not see how bad things truly are?
