Major: Salvation Army relief fund depleted

A harsh winter and the devastating tornadoes in April have nearly depleted the local Salvation Army’s $30,000 assistance budget that helps feed, shelter and pay utility bills for those in need, Major Butch Mallard said.

Besides my church, they are the best bang for my charitable dollars.
