CURRITUCK — Citing insufficient evidence to proceed with a trial, the District Attorney’s Office has dismissed involuntary manslaughter and other charges against a Moyock man accused in the hit-and-run death of a pedestrian on Puddin Ridge Road nearly two years ago.
