HERTFORD — A 38-year-old Perquimans County woman is facing charges after a Facebook video allegedly showed her encouraging a fight between her teenage daughter and another teenager instead of trying to stop the altercation.

If this is true as reported here, there should be a high secured bail for the mother. Think of all the other teenagers who could be in danger of this 38 year old. We may need to remove her own child from the home, who knows?
