NHS student charged in dozen home B&Es

A Northeastern High School student is charged with multiple felonies in connection with a rash of break-ins at mostly vacation homes in a Pasquotank County subdivision earlier this year.

Tanner Twine, 16, of the 1000 block of Perkins Lane, was arrested last month following an investigation of a dozen break-ins in the Glen Cove subdivision between February and March.
