Pasquotank County should save some money on future borrowing thanks to Standard and Poor’s Financial Services upgrading the county’s credit rating from A- to A.

Adequate?

This was repeated several times by S&P, not exceeds or highly adequate. It was interestiong how Sheri Small tapped danced around the statement "the county doesn’t have long-term spending and debt plans" from the S&P report. We deserve a better county government.
