A Big Loss For Us All

For family and friends and for the City. Diane was a wealth of information, history, and experience who always made herself available to anyone who needed her help. I will miss her commonsense approach to the City and as a valued sounding board for me when I needed one.

God Bless and sweet dreams in heaven.
