Elizabeth City police need help solving a recent breaking and entering of a residence in the 400 block of Roanoke Avenue, in which approximately $2,300 worth of electronics items were taken.

Missing are a 52-inch Sony television, a 32-inch Vizio television and a Dell laptop computer, police Lt. Mike Boone said.

Officers received the call Thursday, with the homeowner saying someone or some people had kicked in the front door to gain entry, Boone said.

Anyone with any information is asked to phone police at 335-4321.

Another crime, same thugs doing it

They know who did it, probably one of the usual suspects that hangs out on the street corner with their pants down past their knees with a white t-shirt.
