Eric Andrew Spanninger II, 18, f the 100 block of Inlet Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail in lieu of a $500 secured bond.

Hoang Thai Nguyen, 34, of the 1200 block of Bias St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He was released on $500 secured bond.

Doris Irene Henderson, 45, of the 900 block of Willow St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Sept. 3 and charged with misdemeanor larceny and possession of stolen goods from a construction site. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of $400 secured bond. Henderson was also served with a criminal summons for simple assault/affray while in custody.

Kenneth Ray Jernigan, 45, of the 200 block of Pritchard St., Elizabeth City, was issued a criminal summons Sept. 4 for writing a worthless check.

Ashley Nicole Daniels, 25, of the 4000 block of Carotoke Road, Barco, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of $5,000 secured bond.

Nikki Elizabeth Deer, 35, of the 200 block of Locust St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with felony forced breaking and entering, larceny after breaking and entering, and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle . She was released on $2,000 unsecured bond.

Kevin Allen Taylor, 46, of the 700 block of Trinkaloe Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with felony possession of drugs. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of $1,500 secured bond.

Evelyn Irene Riddick, 51, homeless, was arrested Sept. 4 and charged with larceny after breaking and entering and larceny of a motor vehicle. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of $10,000 secured bond.

Jonathan Vincent Moore, 25, of the 700 block of Greenleaf St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Sept. 5 and charged with driving while impaired. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of $1,000 secured bond.

Derek Laroy Felder, 51, homeless, was arrested Sept. 5 and charged with misdemeanor larceny. He was confined at ADJ in lieu of $1,000 secured bond.

Simon Lee Williams, 51, of the 300 block of Walnut St., Elizabeth City, was issued a citation for driving while license revoked.

Phylilis Skinner Sheard, 55, of the 500 block of Perry’s Ridge Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Sept. 5 and charged with resisting arrest. She was confined at ADJ in lieu of $300 secured bond.
