hours

The hours are ridiculous. Why not run the showers from 6am-8am and then 6pm-9pm and keep the bathrooms open all of the time. If this is supposed to be good for the film festival, then it needs to be OPEN for the festival - which the film starts at 8pm. Again, this whole thing is a waste of money!

I think this is a great

I think this is a great thing; long overdue. The facility sounds great and I'm anxious to see it. But I believe the hours of operation are ridiculous; 0800 to 1700? Are you serious?

money

Let's see how long it really takes for this project to pay for itself. At $5 a shower for a $180,000 project, that's 36,000 showers. I would estimate there are not even 1,000 boating visitors per year to our harbor that need a shower facility, but if there were, that would be 36 years. This is a waste of money, space and time.
