Revitalization is like............
putting a tuxedo on a pig. Sure, the pig looks good, but he'll still roll in the mud. Cleaning up one area will only relocate the problem. Until the judicial system puts some teeth into convictions and prison terms, it's only going to continue and worsen. And what the heck does RCCDC and ECSU have to do with fighting crime? I'll bet that if they weren't getting a cut of the $1 mil, they wouldn't give a fat rats butt about crime. Sounds like Mackey Cheese just needs to upgrade the Mercedes again. I wonder who'll be keeping track of the funds this go around?
