School System Shows Poor Planning

This activity bus situation did not just appear overnight. The school board and administration have seen it coming for years and made no preparation for this day. Now they come with hat in hand - the answer is No! How much has the system set aside or saved for this day? If the answer is nothing then it must not be the crisis they are saying it is. If the system has been unable to save for this expenditure, then they can not come up with $74,000 per year for the lease. That cost will have to be passed on to parents whose children use the buses. Why the deep discount? Charge the actual cost to every group using the buses.
