Pasquotank County pet owners could be adopting cats and dogs from a brand new animal shelter by the spring of 2015, thanks to the donations of thousands of area residents.

about time

It's really sad that it's taken as many years as it has for this to come about. It's really long over-due. I cannot believe our county leaders didn't work hard to get this in place a long time ago and also think it's sad that the SPCA can't envision this project's completion until a year late. Our county leaders should jump in here and get this finished - THIS year!
