If Mr. Vass pays the taxes and serves his 60 days, why can he not get his still back. Oh, making moonshine is not illegal but possessing the still is illegal. There was obviously a good market for his product and historically speaking, this is an American art form. I want to compare what he was doing to the growing wine producing industry and micro-breweries being started in the state.
