Too Many Excuses and lack of discipline

There are too many excuses for the students behavior. Either behave or go home and let the parents be responsible. Its not fair to the children in the classroom that want to learn. Parents have less and less responsibility and the teachers have more. When a child is a habitual discipline problem they label him/her to make excuses for the behavior. Its not fair to the teachers or the students to have the same students day in and out continue with the same bad behavior and nothing be done. The reason for their behavior is because they are being raised at home. Let the parents home school them and see how long that lasts.
