Teens charged with felony B&E, drug charges

From staff reportsJoshua Tresham, 17, and Christopher Ulrich, 19, both of the 1000 block of Elbert Drive, were charged with multiple felonies following an investigation by the Pasquotank Sheriff’s Office.
Sheriff Randy Cartwright said deputies went to the residence last month where Tresham and Ulrich were staying to question them about several recent vehicle break-ins. When they arrived, deputies found marijuana being grown both inside and outside the residence, Cartwright said.
Both Tresham and Ulrich were arrested June 5 and charged with four counts of felony breaking and entering vehicles, four counts of felony larceny after breaking and entering and four counts of felony possession of stolen goods or property. The teens also were charged with one count of felony maintaining a residence for the manufacture of controlled substances and one count of felony manufacturing controlled substances.
