Mmmm, I Don't Know

The county can't give away space just because an agency says they are a non-profit. Much of the work of the United Way is local, fund raising and distribution. What is the salary of the CEO and staff? Are they getting paid a non-profit type salary or a corporate world salary? The same applies to the Red Cross. If they were paying 800.00 per month, then they obviously have it budgeted.
