Construction of the Veterans Affairs health clinic, currently under way off Halstead Boulevard Extended, is on schedule and expected to be complete by September, a spokeswoman for the VA said last week.

Surely been a long time coming, but in the long run it will help the Veterans in the area.
If it goes like some of the clinics they have opened across the State it will out grow itself in short order.
