North Carolina has for many years required sellers of dwellings to disclose what they actually know about their property to any potential buyer. Recently, the amount of information required and the length of the form has dramatically increased. The new form revised by the Real Estate Commission is now four pages long and seem to be very daunting. Do not be alarmed, it is a manageable form and the amount of information makes sense once you understand what is being asked.
