Camden keeps ordinance, to refund $10K fee
CAMDEN — Camden commissioners will keep the county’s Adequate Public Facilities ordinance in place but offer refunds to those who have paid a hefty construction fee since the ordinance’s enactment in 2006.
Homeowners and builders who were charged an APF fee — at a cost of $10,000 for each house — over the past four years will get their money back, the Camden Board of Commissioners agreed Monday.
