Bunch Is The One
Bunch is the one that should be chosen. He'd do a great job.
Why Not?
Ask Rodney if he wants the job, if so, name him manager and move on. Otherwise, spend hundreds of dollars in man-hours, time and advertising to bring in an outsider for a few years and have them leave and we start all over again.
