Collected stories

Will the publication of some of his collected stories and columns be coming in the future in honor of his writing?

Never met him, but truly enjoyed his columns in the paper. - Peter Williams

So Sorry........

So sorry to hear this news. Not the outcome we were hoping for. Prayers for the March family at this difficult time!!!

Very sad news

Steve was a wonderful person. My prayers go out to his family.

A tragic loss

This area has lost a true gem in the world of literature. Steve was a gifted writer and teacher. His regular column in TDA was the one good and positive thing that readers could depend on being truthful and worthy of reading. As a friend, I will miss the casual conversations and discussions of everything under the sun with him. His easy and soft spoken manner made him a pleasure to converse with and his stories and recollections of earlier days growing up could not help but set one to thinking of their own memories of earlier days. Goodby, my friend. You will be sorely missed.
