Tax raise

Yes like in the past and present when government money was used to grow a "white middle class".

Is it possible

That with tax increase we could begin growing a "Black middle class".

Understanding doesn't make it easier

While understanding the 'morale' problem of not funding a pay raise for city workers, it is hard to stomach while watching the cost of everything thing else sky-rocket around us. It is a pity when last week's 'high price' is this week's low price (look at the price of gas).
