No Slap in my face

If the state of NC votes to repeal Common Core I say good for them. It's time the states stood up for themselves and not let the government try to bully and brainwash them. And as for it would be “a slap in the face to military families" it wouldn't. I was raised in a military family; attended about 15 different schools and I turned out just fine. Matter of fact, I graduated early. Do not let the government take control of every aspect of our lives. Most of the time it only looks good on the surface.
