Seriously? A city-wide curfew

If these are teenagers, parents should enforce curfews. Not the city. The curfew would only have more incidents happening doing the day light/evening hours.

12:30 am?

What business does anyone have hanging out in public at 12:30 am? Nothing good happens at this hour. A city-wide curfew from 12 midnight to 6 am would do wonders for this type of problem.
