Mr. and Mrs. Leon Carver Jr. of Elizabeth City, proudly announce the engagement of their daughter, Shyteria N. Carver of Blacklick, OH to CPT Harold K. Watson II of Baltimore, Md., son of SFC (RET) Harold K. Watson & Mrs. Inez Watson of Egg Harbor, N.J.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ms. Fern Armstrong and the late Carlton Armstrong and Mr. and Mrs. Leon Carver Sr. Shyteria received her Bachelor's Degree from Elizabeth City State University and completing her Master's program from American InterContinental University and employed by Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) in Columbus, OH as an Accountant.
The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Young and the late Mr. and Mrs. Howard Watson. Harold received his Bachelor Degree from Morgan State University along with his Master's Degree from Webster University and serves as a CPT in The United States Army.
The wedding is scheduled for Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Fourth Baptist Church in Portsmouth, Va. Reception invite only.
