A letter-writer wrote on March 16 that the Second Amendment is a “God-given right.” So, obviously, our right to bear arms and carry guns and have other weapons like missiles, drones, fighter jets, nuclear submarines, hydrogen bombs, tanks, etc., must be God’s will.

But I wonder: Do our “enemies” (and they are many) have the same divine right to the aforementioned weapons as we have? If not, why not? If so, why?
