Enrollment in historically black colleges is down? Maybe color-blindness has finally been achieved and students are finally enrolling in colleges and universities on the criteria of quality instead of race. Isn’t this what we have wanted for over 100 years? Shouldn’t the failing schools be improving quality instead of hawking race?

Atta boy, Forrest!

Tell it like it is! Equality has been achieved. Now that HBCU's have that, all of a sudden, they don't want the responsibility and accountability that goes along with it. They seem to have forgotten the old adage, "Be careful what you wish for".
