Moyock Crossing has 50-plus acres, of which 26 can be built on. Lot sizes are 10,000 square feet to 13,000 square feet, which means there will be 3 to 4 homes per acre lot. These homes are to be 2,500 to 3,000 square feet, and built on a slab. This development is not consistent or in harmony with the surrounding developments. Baxter Lane Estates, Shingle Landing (phases 1 & 2), Shingle Landing Farms, and Creekside Estates lots average three-quarters to 1 acre. Moyock Crossing will stick out like a sore thumb! It just doesn’t fit in here!
