Here’s the latest cruel notion coming from the far-right crowd: parents receiving government assistance could have their assistance reduced if their children are not making good grades in school. Imagine, little innocent children having to take on the responsibility for less food on the family table.
The nonsense the far-right crowd thinks up and trots out is so callous, appalling and heartless it just about takes your breath away.

Imagine if there was some incentive for parents to become involved in their child's schoolwork. Imagine if there was incentive for parents to ensure that their child did their homework and helped their child with their work. The parent and the child would both benefit from this involvement. So would we all.
