No nonsense -- I completely agree. There are those who regularly comment here who confuse socialism with regulation and who cannot refrain from throwing around labels that don't fit.
Cece: "Oil industry?" How about the banking business? Realtors? The auto industry? Actually, there is nothing wrong with capitalism. The rub lies with unregulated greed and legal loopholes that allow corporate "slick Willy's" to rape and plunder our economy..."legally." I marvel at the restraint of the American people!
"Give me a break" . . .so you really do think it's perfectly alright for the oil industry to rake in massive profits, gouge the consumer, and receive tax breaks? If that's capitalism, I'm willing to try practically anything else.
I will not give his socialist policies support. Fortunately for us, Jim makes enough money to support more government, its just a shame he doesn't make enough to pay for all of it.
