CIA is not above Law

Everything our CIA is and has been doing needs civilian revue. Somebody should be responsible for every murder and violation of Constitutional Rights that this agency has committed. Carte Blanch should not be given to any agency that represents us or fights against other countries. Every killing and wire tap should be documented and accessable to legality. Every person they train should have a real identity. Who gave us the right to act like this? Is this democracy? Who owns this country anyway?
