A probe by a panel of personnel experts recently determined the former chief of Currituck’s Emergency Medical Services agency didn’t engage in any illegal bullying of dozens of employees. Given that result, we highly doubt any similar investigation of Currituck’s county manager for allegedly bullying one employee would show a different result.
