Elizabeth City Police

Cory Carnell Williams, 30, of the 400 block of Bell St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 15 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $500 secured bond was set.

Skylar Lillian Curtis, 24, of the 900 block of Parkview Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 15 and charged with assault with deadly weapon. A $500 secured bond was set.

Marcus Allen Barclift, 30, of the 700 block of North Road St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 15 and charged with resisting arrest. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Andre Devon Stone, 28, of the 1600 block of Cooke St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 20 and charged with assault inflicting injury by strangulation, assault on female, vandalism of personal property, injury to real property, and communicating threats.

James Marvin Poole, 27, of the 100 block of Sutton Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 20 and charged with driving while license is revoked. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Pasquotank Sheriff

Brian Edward Driggers, 28, of the 100 block of Creek Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with assault on female and injury to personal property. He was confined to Albemarle District Jail for 48 hours.

Tanisha Lynette Barcliff, 31, of the 900 block of Brooks Ave., Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 13 and charged with unauthorized use of motor vehicle and two counts of failure to appear in court. A $2,500 secured bond was set.
