Pasquotank Sheriff

Edward James Natoli, 47, of the 800 block of Liberator St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 15 and charged with assault on a female. He was confined to Albemarle District Jail for 48 hours.

Kristin Elaine Wade, 26, of the 800 block of Liberator St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 15 and charged with simple assault. She was confined to ADJ for 48 hours.

Gerald Darnell Carver, 41, of the 100 block of West Church St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 16 and charged with failure to appear in court as required.

Dannielle Pauline Wineberg-Cobb, 21, of the 1000 block of Crosswinds Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 16 and charged with larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Shafiq Quantay McCullen, 18, of the 300 block of Bell St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 16 and charged with assault on a government official. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Jonathan Edward Schmidt, 28, of the 200 block of Fairway Terrace, Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 16 and charged with larceny and injury to real property.

Rhianna Lee Romeo, 29, of the 100 block of Broad St., Edenton, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $4,000 secured bond was set.

Stacey Pierce Ward, 46, of the 1300 block of Weeksville Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 17 and charged with three counts of felony accessing computers. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.

Khadijah Carolyn Morris, 21, of the 1500 block of Pot O Gold Trail, Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 18 and charged with felony arson and felony arson of certain buildings of trade. A $10,000 unsecured bond was set.

John Christopher Roberson, 36, of the 1100 block of Weeks St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Dec. 18 and charged with fraud, obtaining property by false pretenses. A $2,000 unsecured bond was set.

Camden Sheriff

James Thomas Cooper, 33, of the 600 block of Main St., South Mills, was arrested Dec. 13 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court as required. A $6,000 secured bond was set.

Dennis Henry Sawyer Jr., 31, of the 900 block of N.C. Highway 343 South, Shiloh, was served a criminal summons on Dec. 14 for three counts of writing a worthless check.

John Michael Maggio Jr., of the 100 block of Sandhills Road, Camden, was served a criminal summons on Dec. 14 for two counts of writing a worthless check.

Currituck Sheriff

Rebecca Irene Creekmore, 47, of the 300 block of Caratoke Highway, Moyock, was arrested Dec. 18 and charged with larceny and possession of stolen goods. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.
