Samantha Elizabeth Sisler, 23, of the 100 block of Poplar Branch Road, Poplar Branch, was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with possession of schedule I of a controlled substance, maintaining a vehicle for the possession of a controlled substance, simple assault, and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia. A $9,000 secured bond was set.

Joey Ray Haywood Owens Jr., 23, of the 100 block of Evans St., Grandy, was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with simple assault and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $500 secured bond was set.

Michael Alexander Goumenis, 37, of the 100 block of Applewood Drive, Moyock, was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with communicating threats. A $1,000 bond was set.

Jospeh J. Derezinski Jr., 43, of the 100 block of Woodhouse Road, Moyock, was arrested Dec. 5 and charged with civil contempt of court, child support.

Zachariah Tyrant Thomas, 19, of the 5000 block of Caratoke Highway, Coinjock, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $3,500 cash bond was set.

Tammy Leigh Midgett, 53, of the 200 block of Church Road, Harbinger, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with simple assault. A $500 bond was set.

David John Kennis, 53, of the 200 block of Church Road, Harbinger, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with assault on female. A $1,000 bond was set.

Regina Lynn Gibbs, 44, of the 100 block of Barco Road, Barco, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II of a controlled substance, maintaining a place for the possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $10,000 bond was set.

Rodney Wade Dean, 47, of the 100 block of Worth Guard Road, Coinjock, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with fugitive, resisting public officer, and two counts of failure to appear in court as required.

Roberta Sue Hill, 63, of the 300 block of Grandy Road, Grandy, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with simple assault. A $500 bond was set.

Anitra Bowe Winslow, 37, of the 100 block of North River Landing Road, Grandy, was arrested Dec. 6 and charged with lareny by employees.

Travis Lee Shaner, 23, of the 1200 block of Shawboro Road, Shawboro, was arrested Dec. 7 and charged with first degree trespass and communicating threats. A $400 secured bond was set.

Robert Frances Lowe Jr., 33, of the 100 block of Midway Drive, Grandy, was arrested Dec. 7 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $500 secured bond was set.

John Rudolph Edmonds, 39, of the 1200 block of Marshall Ave., Portsmouth, Va., was arrested Dec. 7 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $500 secured bond was set.

Jesus San Martin, 19, of the 300 block of Maple Road, Maple, was arrested Dec. 7 and charged with assault on female and injury to real property. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Michael Robert Anderson, 49, of the 200 block of Waters Edge, Kill Devil Hills, was arrested Dec. 7 and charged with fugitive.

Connie Marottek Forest, 52, of the 100 block of Peach Tree St., Jarvisburg, was arrested Dec. 8 and charged with assault and battery.

Emily Faith Wilson, 17, of the 100 block of Providence Drive, Moyock, was served with a criminal summons on Dec. 8 for possession of up to 1/2 oz. of schedule VI of a controlled substance.

Robert Wayne OBrien Jr., 35, of the 100 block of Sycamore Drive, Moyock, was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with civil contempt of court, child support. A $75 cash bond was set.

Jacob Lee Rezendes, 28, of the 1500 block of River Creek Cres, Suffolk, Va., was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with possession of schedule I of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, maintaining a place for the possession of a controlled substance, and conspire to traffic a controlled substance. A $10,000 secured bond was set.

Janell Charlean Demetris, 41, of the 1000 block of Bracey Drive, Suffolk, Va., was arrested Dec. 9 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver of schedule VI of a controlled substance, possession with intent to manufacture to sell or deliver schedule II of a controlled substance, simple possession of schedule II of a controlled substance, and trafficking in schedule II of a controlled substance. A $10,000 secured bond was set for the first three charges and a $20,000 secured bond was set for trafficking charge.

Larry James Simmons, 57, of the 100 block of South Ferebee Lane, Powells Point, was arrested Dec. 10 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $500 bond was set.

Ernest Lee Nogle Jr., 25, of the 200 block of Swains Lane, Barco, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with driving while license is revoked, possession of burglar tools, breaking and entering, felony larceny, injury to real property, and injury to personal property. A $4,500 secured bond was set.

William Lee Nogle, 27, of the 200 block of Swains Lane, Barco, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with aid and abet driving while license is revoked and possession of burglar tools. A $3,500 secured bond was set.

Otis Rodaine Lindsey, 35, of the 100 block of Coinjock Baptist Church Road, Coinjock, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with fugitive.

Ronald Ernest Ostrom Jr., 45, of the 100 block of Keller Lane, Grandy, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with resisting public officer and intoxicated and disruptive in public. A $2,500 secured bond was set.

Daniel Allen Hines, 22, of the 3100 block of Caratoke Highway, Currituck, was arrested Dec. 11 and charged with two counts of assault on female and non forced breaking or entering.

Jesse Earl Ferrell, 25, of the 2900 block of Caratoke Highway, Currituck, was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with second degree trespass, injury to land crops, communicating threats, and injury to personal property.

Kieara Seymore, 20, of the 100 block of Dozier Road, Moyock, was arrested Dec. 12 and charged with simple assault.

Sandra Lynn Vanderbilt, 50, of the 100 block of Bens Bonanza, Barco, was arrested Dec. 13 and charged with false report of theft of motor vehicle. A $500 secured bond was set.

Thomas Paul OMalley, 31, of the 100 block of Cardinal Lane, Harbinger, was arrested Dec. 13 and charged with felony cruelty to animals. A $25,000 bond was set.

Danielle Elizabeth Lloyd, 20, of the 100 block of Barracuda St., Moyock, was arrested Dec. 13 and charged with simple assault.

Robert Blair Farley, 35, of the 2000 block of Sanders Road, Stem, was arrested Dec. 13 and charged with harassing phone call.
