Camden Sheriff

Douglas Dillard, 18, of the 100 block of U.S. Highway 158 West, Gatesville, was arrested Feb. 28 and charged with felony larceny and possession of stolen vehicle. A $5,000 secured bond was set. He was confined at Albemarle District Jail.

Matthew Sconci, 26, of the 1,000 block of N.C. Highway 343, South Mills, was arrested Feb. 22 and charged with trafficking opium and possession of drug paraphernalia. A $5,000 secured bond was set. He was confined at ADJ.

Donna Marie Parsons, 53, of the 100 block of Woodland Way, Camden, was arrested March 8 and charged with larceny and possession of stolen goods.

Michael Piland, 36, of the 100 block of Swinson Road, South Mills, was arrested March 1 and charged with assault on a female. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.

Christy Piland, 41, of the 100 block of Swinson Road, South Mills, was arrested March 1 and charged with simple possession of a controlled substance. A $5,000 unsecured bond was set.

Terrence Mitchell, 39, of Happy Trails Lane in Dunn, N.C., was arrested March 2 and charged with assault on a female. No bond was set. He was confined 48 hours at ADJ.

Currituck Sheriff

Kevin Ryan Shaw, 30, of the 120 block of Bens Bonanza, Barco, was arrested March 12 and charged with injury to real property. A $500 secured bond was set.

Randy Darnell Roache Jr., 18, of the 110 block of Church St., Moyock, was arrested March 12 and charged with first-degree trespassing. A $500 secured bond was set.

Richard Thomas Idec, 40, of the 730 block of N.C. Highway 343, Camden, was arrested March 13 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $219 bond was set.

Arnold Wayne Haislip Jr., 32, of the 120 block of Meads Road, Shawboro, was arrested March 13 and charged with felony probation violation. A $25,000 bond was set.
