Elizabeth City Police

Willis Lee Overton Jr., 49, of the 100 block of Lowry St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with shoplifting. A $1,000 unsecured bond was set.

Romaine Renee Perry, 32, of the 700 block of Adams St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 18 and charged with two counts of simple assault. A $2,000 unsecured bond was set.

Blake Kingston Price, 21, of the 13100 block of Forest Drive, Bowie, Md., was arrested Feb. 19 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $500 unsecured bond was set.

James Andrew Kelly III, 34, of the 500 block of Lions Club Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 5 on charges of tampering with utility meter.

Zaniah Salina Conley, 18, of the 1400 block of Brothers Lane, Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 6 on charges of simple assault/affray and second-degree trespass.

Rebecca Leigh Harris, 26, of the 100 block of Juniper Landing, Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 6 on charges of misdemeanor larceny and simple assault. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Marcus Jamel Johnson, 26, of the 1200 block of N. Road St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 7 on charges of failure to appear in court. A $1,600 secured bond was set.

Laura Jean Cabaong, 39, of the 1100 block of Northside Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II of a controlled substance, three counts of felony trafficking schedule II by possession, felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for possession of controlled substance, felony attempted obtaining controlled substance by forgery/fraud, and felony attempted trafficking schedule II by possession. A $13,000 unsecured bond was set.

Michael Craig Cabaong, 28, of the 1100 block of Northside Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 8 on charges of possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule II of a controlled substance, three counts of felony trafficking schedule II by possession, felony maintaining a vehicle, dwelling, or place for possession of controlled substance, felony attempted obtaining controlled substance by forgery/fraud, three counts of felony obtaining controlled substance by forgery/fraud and felony attempted trafficking schedule II by possession. A $16,000 unsecured bond was set.

Ferrant Brooks Harney, 44, of the 100 block of Forrest Skipper Drive, Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 11 on charges of civil contempt of court, child support.

Willard Lafrantz Jr., 49, of the 500 block of Okisko Road, Elizabeth City, was served with criminal summons on Feb. 11 for assault with deadly weapon.

Dana Janey Dashiell, 21, of the 600 block of Parsonage St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 12 and charged with felony assault with deadly weapon inflicting serious injury. A $1,500 unsecured bond was set.

Nathen William Martin, 22, of the 500 block of Timber Springs Court, Holly Springs, was arrested Feb. 12 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Carlton Carey McDonald, 33, of the 800 block of Beech St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 12 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. An $800 secured bond was set.

Shonda Lynn Holloman, 43, of the 400 block of Shortcut Road, Barco, was arrested Feb. 6 on a charge of financial transaction card theft. A $2,500 bond was set.

Floreida Banks Langley, 62, of the 200 block of S. Indiantown Road, Shawboro, was arrested Feb. 6 on a charge of simple assault.

Jean Martin, 46, of the 200 block of Bay Orchard Lane, Knotts Island, was arrested Feb. 6 on a charge of maintaining a place, vehicle for the possession of controlled substance and resisting public officer. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Lucas Guy Lowery, 19, of the 200 block of Robert Walker Road, Moyock, was arrested Feb. 7 on a charge of failure to appear in court as required. A $100 secured bond was set.

Scott Leggett Woolard III, 34, of the 100 block of Bison Drive, Moyock, was arrested Feb. 7 on a charge of assault on female.

Brandi Marie Woolard, 28, of the 3100 block of Martin Johnson Road, Chesapeake, Va., was arrested Feb. 7 on a charge of assault and battery and was confined to Currituck County Detention Center for 48 hours. Also, Woolard was served with a criminal summons on Feb. 11 for cyberstalking.

Dinari Donkeith Lindsay, 24, of the 600 block of Walkers Ave., Chesapeake, Va., was arrested Feb. 7 on a charge of failure to appear in court as required. A $500 bond was set.

Wesley Adam Kerns, 23, of the 100 block of Womack Drive, Currituck, was arrested Feb. 10 and charged with driving while license is revoked. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Ronald Ernest Ostrom Jr., 46, of the 100 block of North Keller Lane, Grandy, was arrested Feb. 12 on a charge of domestic criminal trespass and attempt to break and enter building. He was confined to Currituck County Detention Center for 48 hours.

Macey Lynn Carmell, 17, of the 400 block of North Indiantown Road, Shawboro, was arrested Feb. 12 on a charge of assault and battery. A $2,500 secured bond was set.

David McNeil King, 33, of the 1500 block of El Ramey Circle, Wilson, was arrested Feb. 12 on a charge of civil contempt of court, child support. A $6,000 cash bond was set.

Michael John Turner, 26, of the 7800 block of Caratoke Highway, Powells Point, was arrested Feb. 12 on a charge of domestic criminal trespass, driving while impaired, carrying concealed gun, driving while license is revoked, injury to personal property, and communicating threats. A $6,000 secured bond was set.

Donathan Sean Early, 46, of the 100 block of Elizabeth Circle, Moyock, was arrested Feb. 13 and charged with assault on female. He was confined to Currituck County Detention Center for 48 hours.

Ashley Nicole Busler, 28, of the 100 block of Maple Circle, Moyock, was arrested Feb. 13 and charged with misdemeanor larceny, non-forced breaking and entering, and fugitive from other state. A $21,500 secured bond was set.

Cletus Rayvon Loman-Hawkins, 22, of the 100 block of Crabtree Trail, Point Harbor, was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $400 secured bond was set.

Jesse Earl Ferrell, 26, of the 2900 block of Caratoke Highway, Currituck, was arrested Feb. 14 and charged with second degree trespass. A $10,000 secured bond was set.
