Michael Wayne Durham, 37, of the 3500 block of White Chapel Road, Norfolk, Va., was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with felony failure to appear in court as required. A $85,000 secured bond was set.

Darryl Valery Davidson, 55, of the 2600 block of Caratoke Highway, Moyock, was served a criminal summons on Feb. 4 for unauthorized use of a motor-propelled conveyance. Davidson was also arrested Feb. 6 and charged with assault on handicapped person, communicating threats, and injury to real property. A $25,000 bond was set.

Brian Anthony Powell, 27, of the 200 block of W. Corrigan, Kill Devil Hills, was arrested Feb. 4 and charged with habitual felon.

Virgilia June Marie Hess, 31, of the 300 block of Reggie Owens Drive, Harbinger, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with resisting public officer. A $1,200 secured bond was set.

Susan Neal Matousek, 48, of the 400 block of Princess Anne Circle, Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 5 and charged with making harassing phone call and misuse of 911 phone system. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Dwayne Carvel Greene, 41, of the 2200 block of Vailthom Road, Middle River, Md., was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with two counts of failure to appear in court as required.

Jonathan Ralph Fleenor, 19, of the 100 block of Juniper Circle, Moyock, was arrested Feb. 6 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $1,000 bond was set.

Tyshawn Obryan Bonds, 30, of the 100 block of Bourbon St., Camden, was served a criminal summons on Feb. 6 for communicating threats and making harassing phone calls.

Jesse Earl Ferrell, 27, of the 2900 block of Caratoke Highway, Camden, was arrested Jan. 23 and charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, four counts of failure to appear in court as required, criminal contempt, and probation violation. A $10,000 unsecured bond was set.
