Andrew Brown Jr., 31, of the Whistling Pines Motel, Elizabeth City, was arrested Jan. 27 and charged with driving while license is revoked. A $500 secured bond was set.

Shaquille Jamelle Ashe, 20, of the 100 block of Herrington Village, Elizabeth City, was arrested Jan. 27 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $300 secured bond was set.

Amy Morgan Hassell, 37, of the 600 block of Old Hertford Highway, Elizabeth City, was arrested Jan. 27 and charged with possession of less than 1 and 1/2 ounce of schedule VI of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Willie Honryblue, 22, of the 500 block of Harris Creed Road, Jacksonville, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with second degree trespass.

Andre Darnell Lightfoot, 38, of the 1200 block of Winston St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and drunk and disruptive behavior. A $500 secured bond was set.

Deshawn Burke, 18, of the 1500 block of Sandy Cross Road, Belvidere, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with two counts of possession of stolen goods and possession with intent to sell or deliver a controlled substance. A $6,500 secured bond was set.

Shaquita Ferebee, 30, of the 700 block of Second Street, Elizabeth City, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Alfred Christian Cofield, 25, of the 600 block of Springview Trail, Garner, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with possession of schedule VI of a controlled substance.

Romel Donte Burt, 30, of the 9500 block of Prince George Lane, Raleigh, was arrested Jan. 29 and charged with possession with intent to sell or deliver schedule VI of a controlled substance, maintaining a dwelling for the possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Devon Tyrel Hyder, 19, of the 700 block of Jefferson St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with fictitious information given to officer. A $300 secured bond was set.

Joseph Frederick Smith Jr., 19, of the 1300 block of Campground Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Jan. 30 and charged with vandalism of personal property. A $500 secured bond was set.
