Elizabeth City Police

William Tyvoice Evans, 22, of the 200 block of Scotland Road, Camden, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. He also was cited Feb. 1 for driving while license revoked. A $1,000 secured bond was set.

Evelyn Sheri Jones, 29, of the 300 block of Carol Lane, Edenton, was arrested Feb. 1 and charged with failure to appear in court as required. A $500 secured bond was set.

Alvin Leroy Lewis, 49, of the 1000 block of Herrington Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with assault on a female.

Carson Salters O’Dell, 19, of the 600 block of Evergreen Road, Rocky Mount, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with possession of less than one and one-half ounces of schedule VI of a controlled substance.

Matthew Scott Sconci, 26, of the 1000 block of N.C. Highway 343, Camden, was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with possession of stolen goods or property and misdemeanor larceny. A secured bond of $2,000 was set.

Cornelius Alonza Simmons, 34, of the 500 block of Hemlock St., Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with vandalism of personal property. An unsecured bond of $1,000 was set.

Daniel Alexander Staffelli, 23, of the 1700 block of Edgewood Drive, was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with being an accessory after the fact to a felony. A $2,000 secured bond was set.

Savion Mikale Morris, 20, of the 1200 block of Peartree Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 3 and charged with possession of less than one and one-half ounces of schedule VI of a controlled substance.

Steven Keith Lewis, 27, of the 400 block of Pasquotank Station Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Feb. 2 and charged with simple assault, assault on a female and communicating threats. A $10,000 bond was set.

Pasquotank Sheriff

John Roberston Kennedy III, 17, of the 900 block of Scott Road, Elizabeth City, was arrested Jan. 31 and charged with simple assault, vandalism to personal property, and injury to real property. He was confined to Albemarle District Jail for 48 hours.
